that massage helps to awaken, are all part of the unity that is nature. Experiencing our oneness with the natural world creates balance, enabling profound wholeness. Nature also teaches through metaphor to enhance personal growth. Because I am passionate about your growth and wholeness, I delight in helping you find a way to connect with nature.

In the beginning, people lived right outdoors in the wilderness. Being outdoors was never meant to be a matter of physical stamina and athletic ability; it has always been there for everyone. Acquiring the skills to feel safe and stay comfortable in the natural world is empowering. Learning to trust your intuition, opening your awareness, and being fully present while outdoors can bring the same relaxation
and connection that you get from massage or meditation. If you go to nature needing wisdom or empowerment, the earth will respond.

Healing Plants have the power to be a bridge between your experience
on the massage table and the creative energy of the natural world. They are gifts to awaken your inner healer, as well as the carriers of our mutual intent for your wholeness. I can help you form a helpful relationship with local healing plants.
